These Terms of Service outline the rules for using the Reza Barber website (rezabarber.com) and booking services with me, Reza Barber, operating inside Kija Hair Salon in Irvine, CA. By booking an appointment or using this site, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use my website or services.
1. Services
I provide professional barbering services, including men’s haircuts, beard trims, and straight razor shaves. All services are performed in-salon only at Kija Hair Salon in Irvine, CA.
2. Appointments
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online via Square Appointments or by texting me at (949) 966-8774.
- Confirmation: Clients receive a confirmation by text or email once the booking is completed.
- Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit (if required).
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
- No-Shows: No-shows may be subject to a fee or may require a deposit for future appointments.
3. Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Accepted methods: cash, credit card, and contactless payment.
- Payments made through Square are subject to Square’s own terms and conditions.
4. Pricing
Service pricing is listed on my Services page and may change at any time. You will be informed of any price adjustments before your appointment.
5. Liability
While I take every measure to ensure safety and client satisfaction, I am not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or injuries resulting from services.
- Dissatisfaction due to a client not communicating style preferences clearly.

By booking an appointment or using this site, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described in my Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
