Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 21, 2026

These terms outline the professional expectations for booking grooming services with me, Reza Barber, at my studio inside Kija Hair Salon in Irvine, CA. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed below.

1. Professional Courtesy & Cancellations

My appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because I do not require a credit card to book, I rely on your professional courtesy to manage your schedule. Please respect my time as a solo barber:

• Cancellation Window: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance via my booking link or text.
• No-Show Policy: While no fees are charged upfront, repeated no-shows or late cancellations will result in being blocked from future online booking.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to cancel your appointment to ensure I stay on schedule for the next client.

2. Payment & Service Scope

• No Card Required: You do not need a credit card to secure your booking. Payment is handled in-person at the time of your service.
• Service Adjustments: I do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you require an adjustment to your cut, please let me know before leaving the chair so I can refine it immediately.
• Specialization: I specialize in classic haircuts and natural tapers. I do not offer skin fades, children’s haircuts, or chemical services.

3. The Quiet Chair Experience

I provide a phone-free, quiet environment to focus 100% on the details of your grooming. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disrespectful behavior, ensuring a professional atmosphere remains for all guests at the salon.

4. Liability & Safety

While I maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, I am not liable for allergic reactions to grooming products (please disclose allergies beforehand) or damage to personal items brought into the shop.

5. Policy Updates

I may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in my practice. Continued use of my booking system constitutes acceptance of these terms.
