Terms & Conditions.

Appointments

All services are by appointment only, booked through my online Square Appointments calendar. Booking an appointment does not require a credit card.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment if you can, so the time can be offered to another client. This is a courtesy request, not a rule: there are no cancellation fees. Repeated no-shows may result in being declined for future bookings.

Payments

I accept all major credit and debit cards and contactless mobile payments, processed securely through Square. Prices are subject to change; current pricing is always listed on my Services page.

Services

I reserve the right to decline requests for services outside of my offerings (for example, fades). Results vary based on hair type, condition, and growth patterns.
