- Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a fee or forfeiture of a deposit (if applicable).
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
